Unauthorized Housing Companies Contacting Exhibitors & Attendees
It has come to our attention that unauthorized housing companies have been contacting Coverings exhibitors and attendees and identifying themselves as being affiliated with Coverings and telling you that most of the hotels in our block are almost sold out.
Coverings has NO affiliation with these organizations and in no way endorses their services.
These companies are contacting you by phone (and in some cases email). Please note that Coverings does not provide them with any contact information.

If you receive a phone call or email from any company or any other travel service that is not the Coverings Official Housing Provider, Travel Planners, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND!
Travel Planners includes the seal to the right on all email communications with Coverings exhibitors, as well as on their website. If you do not see this seal on a website or email that promotes hotel rooms for Coverings, it is not an official Coverings housing provider.
