In addition to holding Coverings 2021 in-person, Coverings is also hosting an interactive, virtual event online July 7-9 for industry professionals that are unable to travel to the show in Orlando. Virtual attendees will have access to education with CEUs, exhibitors, tours, and on-demand content and there is no cost! Learn more.

  1. Visit the platform or download the app
  2. Enter the email address you registered with
  3. Create a new password
  4. Create a basic personal profile (optional) and accept the terms of service and privacy policy
  5. Enter the access code COVERINGS21

In order to download app or access the virtual platform unique email addresses are required. If you and a co-worker or many co-workers are sharing the same email, only one login will work. This is the case will many exhibitors who are registered with one point of contact. Please try accessing the platform or downloading the app with a different email this is not shared with others from your company.

The Coverings virtual platform is best viewed in a Chrome browser. 

Fill out your profile, add a photo and a description on why you are attending.

Enable Notifications 🔔 – If you haven’t yet, ensure that app notifications are enabled on your device.

Search contacts in the attendee feature, click the add button next to any attendee you want to connect with. They will receive an email or app notification if they have not logged into the system yet. 

Once they add you as a contact  you can chat or even do a video call right in the platform or app. 

Engage with the Wall – Post what you’re most excited about learning, or who you want to connect with. You’ll be more approachable, people will remember you, and you may get connection requests just from your post! If you’ve already posted, come back and comment!

Follow Social Media

Check Back – Every once in a while, check back on the attendee/user, sponsor and speaker lists, and the wall. Continue planning for your time and prioritizing who you want to meet with!

Exhibitors - Managing Your Virtual Booth

We all make mistakes… no problem. Let us know as soon as possible on what needs to be edited/added/deleted for your online booth and we will make the change. Since this is a turnkey system there is no portal for you to access. Please allow up to two business days for your edits to appear.

Your website has enhanced privacy options that restrict it from being show on our platform.

Here are some options:

Submit a new image or video for the main content section. (Your website will still be listed on your booth profile with an external link).

You can also ask your webmaster to adjust the privacy setting of your website. Ask them to allow iframing on external websites and remove the x-frame options restrictions. You can test this using this site – https://gf.dev/x-frame-options-test. Enter in the website, click TEST HEADER, and check out the X-frame-options below. 

There is another site come back with SAMEORIGIN – which means the site’s security is set so that it cannot be embedded in any other site other than itself. We are not in a position to recommend changing site security, but if you do want site embedded rather than an alternative such as a video or PDF – while we cannot further support on how to address this change – this guide will be helpful. https://responsivedesign.is/articles/xframe-options/.

You can enhance the basic information in your booth profile by using this form. Be specific.

Would you like to submit a video or image for the main area of your profile? Do you want an icon on your booth listing? Upload a square 500×500 pixel png file. You can also add a company description and other attachments. Please allow up to two business days for changes.  Enhance your booth now!

You can join us online if you are unable to travel to Orlando!

All Coverings 2021 exhibitors receive a virtual booth profile allowing you to reach and engage even more industry buyers who may not be able to attend. Your online booth and new products will be accessible in both the Coverings online platform and Coverings mobile app. 

Booth creation submissions are closed for virtual the online platform. 

There is no additional cost for an online booth for current Coverings 2021 exhibitors

Since this is a turnkey system there is nothing else for you to do. Once the platform is live in late June, if you see an error, let us know and we will do our best to correct it. 

 Allow up to 2 working days for changes to be reflected online.

The New Product Gallery (free) is a stand alone online gallery. These is exclusive for new products that did not come to market until April 20, 2020 or later. These additions are free and each exhibitor can add up to 7. Submit now. It takes 5 minutes. 

In addition to being free, your online booth and new products will be accessible in both the Coverings online platform and Coverings mobile app.

June 30 is the last day you can enter products.

Please submit changes to your new product submission here. Allow up to 48 hours for the edit to reflect on the platform.

If you are unable to exhibit at Coverings in Orlando and would like to have an online-only booth, the cost is $1,750.

With the online booth you can connect with attendees then schedule meetings and live chats once they accept your connection. Also your company has the opportunity to add videos, images, products, sell sheets, and links to your website and social media channels.

Purchase an online only virtual booth.

Once you have purchased a booth, you will receive an email with information on setting up your booth.

This company listing is different from your online booth profile (for virtual platform and mobile app). Your online booth will be accessible in both the Coverings online platform and Coverings mobile app.

There is no cost for your online booth and your basic company listing.

The platform will remain live on our website throughout 2021 and into 2022.

Exhibitors - Using the Virtual Platform

Yes, exhibitors can view those registered in the platform. They select attendees they are interested in and  then request a connection. Once the attendee accepts, the conversations can begin.

Once the platform is live, make sure you have a schedule a meeting button and connect with attendees then once they add you you can propose a meeting.

Attendees can connect & Direct Message other people as well as jump on a video call all right in the app!
