Universal Orlando® Resort is happy to offer a unique ticket link for Coverings attendees. Although most of the ticket products are priced in alignment with our general online pricing, we are able to offer an exclusive specially priced After 2PM convention ticket (with blackout dates) and After 4PM tickets.
Disney currently provides exclusive After 1PM and After 5PM Twilight Tickets and special discounted multi-day tickets to meeting & convention groups that are not available at our Ticket Windows. The multi-day tickets include a complimentary bonus visit to an additional Disney experience (options pending availability).
Take advantage of the complimentary shuttle bus service provided for attendees and exhibitors staying at official Coverings’ hotels. Buses will shuttle between all official hotels, including those within walking distance, and the North Hall of the Orange County Convention Center on July 7-9.
Need group transportation while in Orlando? Coverings’ official transportation provider, TCS Transportation, can assist with vans, minibuses and coach buses for everything from airport transfers to off-site client and staff events.
