The Silver Lot (off Paradise Road) is the most convenient location to the North/Central Halls where Coverings 2026 will take place. Exhibitors must authorize all photographs of their booth. Should an exhibitor object to their display being photographed, photographs of that display will be prohibited.
The act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibit or in other public spaces, including another company’s booth or a hotel lobby is prohibited by Coverings and Show Management, and anyone observed approaching buyers in the aisle or in an exhibitor’s booth, who is not a legitimate exhibitor, should be reported to Show Management.

Each linear exhibitor will be provided with 8′ high black back drape and 3′ high black side drape. Booths 300 sq ft or less will receive an identification sign.

Yes, attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle bus service that will run between official Coverings hotels (that are NOT within walking distance) to get to and from the Las Vegas Convention Center. The shuttle bus schedule will be available in the Spring.

In the process of registering, you will be asked if you have a promotional code. If you do not have a promo code, please leave the question blank to proceed with the registration. Please note that non-exhibiting manufacturers are not eligible for discounts that some promo codes provide.
Cancellations for paid registrations are refundable (less a $10.00 processing fee) only if Coverings receives written notice of cancellation on or before March 9, 2026. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after March 9, 2026. If you do not cancel by this date, you are still responsible for payment. There will be no refund for any donations made to the 2026 Coverings Cares charity, the Gary Sinise Foundation.
In addition, if you are unable to attend Coverings 2026, you may send a substitute. Substitutions must be submitted by the original registrant and can be made any time prior to March 30, 2026. However, printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the Event. You are responsible for ensuring that any substitute sent by you complies with, and agrees to be subject to, the Registration Policies.

Attendees can register for Coverings 2026 through February 1, 2026 to take advantage of free registration! From February 2 – March 29, a $49 registration fee will apply. From March 30 – April 2, the price is $49 online or $99 in-person. Please note that cash payments will not be accepted onsite.
Attendees include: distributors, retailers, architects/designers, contractors/installers, fabricators, and builders/remodelers. Members of the press and students are also eligible for complimentary registration at any time.
Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers may register for a flat fee of $299. A Non-Exhibiting Manufacturer is a company that manufactures or sells products and/or services to the tile and stone industry but does not currently exhibit in Coverings 2026.

A Non-Exhibiting Manufacturer is a company that manufactures or sells products and/or services to the tile and stone industry but does not currently exhibit in Coverings 2026. Suitcasing, the act of soliciting business in the show aisles or other public spaces, is strictly prohibited at Coverings. Coverings 2026 exhibitors receive five free booth personnel registrations per 100 square feet of exhibit space.
Members of the press are welcome to use the Press Office during the show, which is located in Room S210A. The hours are:

Coverings 2025 has partnered with the University of Ceramic Tile and Stone and The Architect’s Newspaper Facades+ to offer valuable workshops to show-goers. Both events will take place at the Orange County Convention Center, so attendees can easily attend both Coverings 2025 and our educational partner opportunities. Separate registration is required.
