Yes. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and a waiver must be signed at registration.

The OCCC has wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and accessible restrooms for those who need them.

Scooter and wheelchair rental services are provided by Scootaround. Through the on-site rental location, guests can rent mobility scooters and wheelchairs for events held at the convention center.

Please note:

  • Advance reservations are encouraged for a scooter or wheelchair rental by visiting the Scootaround website. Please call 1-888-441-7575 for more information.
  • Pick-up and drop-off locations for scooters and wheelchairs are located at the FedEx Office Business Centers in the respective concourses.

All parking at the OCCC is available on a first-come, first-served basis, including disability permit parking. Exact numbers of available spaces vary according to show traffic.

Animals are not permitted on the OCCC premises except in conjunction with an approved exhibit or in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Animals that are approved to be on the convention center premises must be on a leash, within a pen, or under similar control. The owner will be fully responsible for his/her animal(s).

The act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibit or in other public spaces, including another company’s booth or a hotel lobby is prohibited by Coverings and Show Management, and anyone observed approaching buyers in the aisle or in an exhibitor’s booth, who is not a legitimate exhibitor, should be reported to Show Management.

Exhibitors must authorize all photographs of their booth. Should an exhibitor object to their display being photographed, photographs of that display will be prohibited.

Each linear exhibitor will be provided with 8′ high black back drape and 3′ high black side drape. Booths 300 sq ft or less will receive an identification sign.

Exhibitors may “hand carry” booth materials through the main entrance of the facility during official move-in and move-out hours provided they do not use any material handling equipment (dollies, hand carts etc.) to assist them and that it weighs less than 300 lbs. Exhibitors that hand carry materials are not permitted to access the loading dock/freight door areas.

Please note that exhibitors that hand carry in all their materials and do not require any assistance will be refunded their Freeman material handling deposit.

Once it’s live, the Coverings booth primary point of contact must first log into the Coverings Exhibitor Hub to register their booth personnel. Once logged in, exhibitors can find their unique link to register staff located under “Exhibitor Hub” and then “Featured Links.”

Please note:

  • Unique email addresses are required for each booth staff member.
  • Coverings exhibitors are allotted 5 registrations per 100 square feet of exhibit space. Additional registrations over your allotment may be purchased for $75 each.

Yes, attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle bus service that will run between official Coverings hotels (that aren’t within walking distance) to get to and from the Orange County Convention Center. A schedule will be made available before Coverings 2025.

Registration

Attendees can register for Coverings by December 31 to enjoy free registration. Starting January 1, a $49 registration fee will apply, so don’t wait—take advantage of this limited-time offer and save. Make sure you register early to join us without the extra cost! Yes, each person who registers must have a unique email address.

In the process of registering, you will be asked if you have a promotional code. If you do not have a promo code, please leave the question blank to proceed with the registration. 

Cancellations for paid registrations are refundable (less a $10.00 processing fee) only if Coverings receives written notice of cancellation on or before April 8, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 8, 2025. If you do not cancel by April 8, 2025, you are still responsible for payment. There will be no refund for any donations made to a Coverings Cares charity. 

In addition, if you are unable to attend the Coverings 2025, you may send a substitute. Substitutions must be submitted by the original registrant and can be made any time prior to April 29, 2025. However, printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the Event. You are responsible for ensuring that any substitute sent by you complies with, and agrees to be subject to, the Registration Policies.

Members of the media can pick up their badge in the Press Office at Coverings 2025 or at onsite registration, and then visit the Press Office to receive an official press ribbon.
