In life we are often presented with projects that allow us to exercise our creative freedom, to have fun and stretch the imagination.

Perhaps even challenge us to utilize all that we’ve got. We had the pleasure of working on an estate in Virginia that was perfect for us in that it allowed us to do what we do best, custom carved stone.

This estate utilized custom stone in every way imaginable.

There was a wishing well with hand carved vines, a swimming pool with hand carved vines that had water cascading down in a way that would rival any historical Roman architectural feature.

This was one for the history books, but there again it was just another day on the job in doing what we do best.

We carve stone.

Do you have a recently completed project that features innovative design and installation of tile & stone? Consider entering it to the 2021 CID Awards – the submission portal will open this fall.
