Thank you for attending #Coverings2025!

Cancellations for paid registrations are refundable (less a $10.00 processing fee) only if Coverings receives written notice of cancellation on or before April 8, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 8, 2025. If you do not cancel by April 8, 2025, you are still responsible for payment. There will be no refund for any donations made to a Coverings Cares charity. 

In addition, if you are unable to attend the Coverings 2025, you may send a substitute. Substitutions must be submitted by the original registrant and can be made any time prior to April 29, 2025. However, printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the Event. You are responsible for ensuring that any substitute sent by you complies with, and agrees to be subject to, the Registration Policies.
