This $8 million project involved installing over 160,000 square feet of premium tile and stone across key areas, including gaming floors, lobbies, hotel restrooms, bars, and dining spaces. Featuring 167 distinct materials, the installation required expert coordination and a systematic approach to manage over 130 tile types from more than 30 vendors. LATICRETE products like Hydroban for waterproofing, Tri-Lite and 4XLT mortars, and Permacolor and Spectralock Pro grouts were used to ensure durability and structural integrity. Advanced techniques such as Z clips and Kiel Anchor Systems secured large stone panels, including a striking backlit feature. Substrate evaluations and precise layouts ensured flawless execution, while custom quarry racks facilitated efficient tile placement. This large-scale installation, completed in December 2024, is a testament to innovation and precision craftsmanship.
