The 2025 Coverings winner for Commercial Stone Installation goes to Tre Dita Restaurant, installed by Bourbon Tile & Marble. Tre Dita, the nation’s first certified Tuscan restaurant, brings an immersive Italian experience to downtown Chicago through its cuisine and design. Bourbon Tile & Marble sourced and installed rich Red Levanto marble, creating a warm, moody ambiance that reflects traditional Tuscany.
The nine-month installation included building up the floors by 6-12 inches and crafting elaborate flooring with inset designs. Despite design modifications and a fast-paced schedule, expert craftsmanship ensured a flawless execution. Tre Dita perfectly blends timeless Tuscan elegance with modern sophistication, offering an authentic and refined dining experience.
