Coverings Cares

Coverings is committed to supporting the tile and stone industry, green initiatives, and the local community that hosts the show each year. As such, Coverings is donating $50,000 to support the six extremely deserving charitable organizations identified below. Help us determine how the pot of $50,000 will be distributed by simply by registering and attending Coverings.

During the complimentary Coverings registration process, you can select one organization that you would like Coverings to donate $10 to on your behalf. Want to amplify your impact? You can also choose to match or exceed the donated amount if desired.

$50,000 Will be Distributed to the Following Charities

The Atlanta Community Food Bank fights hunger by engaging, educating and empowering our community. They work with nearly 700 community-based nonprofit partners to distribute 9 million+ meals across metro Atlanta and north Georgia each month.

Atlanta Habitat for Humanity

As the largest nonprofit, affordable single-family housing developer in Atlanta and one of the largest affiliates of Habitat for Humanity International, Atlanta Habitat spurs neighborhood revitalization and enables homeowners to pursue educational and professional goals that will positively impact families for generations.

The Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF) is a nonprofit educational institution that offers local, regional, and national training programs for consumers, installers, construction professionals, architects, designers, building inspectors, and sales associates interested in the sale and installation of ceramic tile.

Growing out of the first Earth Day in 1970, EARTHDAY.ORG is the world’s largest recruiter to the environmental movement, working with 150,000+ partners in 192+ countries to drive positive action for our planet. EARTHDAY.ORG is committed to ending plastics for the sake of human and planetary health, demanding a 60% reduction in the production of all plastics by 2040. Join Earth Day celebrations at Coverings on the show's opening day, Monday, April 22.

Gary Sinise Foundation

The Gary Sinise Foundation serves and honors America’s defenders, veterans, first responders, their families, and those in need. They do this by creating and supporting unique programs designed to entertain, educate, inspire, strengthen, and build communities. Today, the Foundation is building custom homes for severely wounded heroes, honoring and supporting the families of our fallen, providing essential equipment and training for first responders, improving the mental wellness of our defenders, and so much more.

Tile Heritage Foundation

The Tile Heritage Foundation is dedicated to promoting an awareness and appreciation of ceramic surfaces in the U.S. The Foundation serves the need for a historical perspective regarding all ceramic surfacing materials, both past and present.
