The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority has, and will continue, to provide facilities that are accessible to disabled visitors.
- Scooter and wheelchair rental services are provided by Scootaround. Scooters are $75/day and wheelchairs are $25/day. Please note:
- Advance reservations are encouraged for a scooter or wheelchair rental by going to scootaround.com and searching for the Event, “Coverings 2026.” Please call 1-888-441-7575 for more information.
- Pick-up and drop-off locations for scooters and wheelchairs are located at the FedEx Business Center in the LVCC, Central Hall Grand Lobby
- Parking: Parking spaces for the disabled for both regular vehicles and vans are available at our facilities for properly identified vehicles. If you have any questions or need further information, please call (702) 892-0711.
- Automatic Doors: Automatic doors are installed at the most frequently used entrances for our disabled visitors.
- TDDs: Telecommunications Device for the Deaf) are permanently installed at various locations through the facilities. Directions signs are posted at every bank of pay phones or, see the Accessibility Map of each facility for their location.
